User story
As a user who often dismisses cards of the same type in my feed, I want an easy way to hide this content on my feed.

Proposed
(a) Show a prompt to hide the particular card type if a user dismisses the same card type more than <3> times.

Hide prompt	Undo snackbar after action taken to hide

(b) Show a prompt to the customize screen on the feed if a user dismisses <#> cards of any type in the feed.
