User story
When browsing the feed, I want to see content that I have interest in so that I can easily find things I like to read.
Proposed
Allow users to select categories/topics of interest as a new card type on the feed.
We may be able to leverage the 'Random' endpoint to retrieve articles of sufficient quality in users' specified area of interest.
