Slight conflict between 2017 WTE and Timeless top-bars

Description

There's a slight overlap with Timeless winning when the page is not at the top of the page. If it matters, Firefox 57 with Windows 10.

Not sure if it's the same bug, but if you hit the global search button without an entry in the form, it takes you to the search bar at Special:Search with a view like:

I suspect that this is a problem with Timeless itself, if it's happening with both the 2017 wikitext editor and on the search page.
