[BUG] Contextual toolbar icons when text is selected is

Description

Steps to reproduce

Pre-requisite: Bug is occurring on a device with Android OS 5.1; which has a fixed menu on the toolbar when text is selected instead of the floating context menu

Open any article
Switch from Light to Dark theme and back to Light theme again
Select some text within the article

Expected

Menu options for the selected text should appear as icons in the toolbar, and should be a Black@54% opacity color.

Actual

Icons are white and therefore barely visible over the toolbar.
