Flagged by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/392890/ pass and T181348. It doesn't look like Minerva's qunit tests are being run.
Looking at config they seem to be buried under check experimental and it's not clear why.
We'd like to run this and make it blocking. There are problems with existing unit tests that we will be forced to fix that we were not aware of.

Bizarrely the qunit tests were working on experimental but not now...
All Minerva patches seem to result in all unit tests failing.
Any ideas what is going wrong?
This is working.
Looks like the qunit fix didn't get merged into the feature branch so that looks like the problem.
Will open a new ticket if hit any new issues.
