Re. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:U2tun5oa8mmco1dy, it seems a user would like to work with the user table data directly and there's currently no good way to get a complete dump. Quarry is limited such that downloading a complete dump of the user table is impractical if not impossible.
