Disconnect furud's disk shelves

Description

At your earliest convenience, please:

  1. Power down furud
  2. Disconnect its 2 external disk shelves and power them down
  3. Power furud back up

The shelves should remain powered off and racked in place (for now), just not connected to furud. They should remain like that until you hear otherwise from myself or @mark. Please label the shelves very clearly as off-limits for any other operation, such as being reclaimed, decommissioned etc.

IRC discussion with both @faidon and myself has lead to us wanting to test out how the systems handle the loss and addition of shelves. For now, don't touch this system until we test this on T181724.
