[BUG] Vertical centering of reference links which when tapped would be covered by their reference panel
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

How many times were you able to reproduce it?

Every time

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load an article which has reference links, such as enwiki > Tyrannosaurus
  2. Find a reference link, such as [2]
  3. Scroll so that the link is near the bottom of the screen and would be covered when you tap it and the reference panel appears
  4. Tap it

Expected results

The tapped reference link should have scrolled to be vertically centered between the top of the reference panel and the bottom of the navigation bar

Actual results

The tapped reference link is not quite vertically centered

Note: also good to re-test:

  • in landscape (which makes it more obvious when the reference isn't vertically centered)
  • with nav bar in both its visible and hidden states
  • on iPhone X
