Currently the cleanup script runs only on dataset1001; it might as well run on all the dumps nfs hosts (dumpsdata*, dataset*, ms1001, labstore).
It also shouldn't retrieve the list of all wikis (all.dblist) via the web; just be a bit smarter about checking the directories in the dumps tree to decide which ones are wikis with dump runs and which can be ignored.
