Reason: Not used anymore:

<Pchelolo> oh, ok, gotcha.. We can take down that repo, there's 0 chance we'll ever need  that again

I couldn't find any Phab project for this extension, it's possible it never had one.

There is nothing to do here, because RESTBase in MW-Vagrant does not use the extension.

delete the GitHub repo (I can't do that).

The gerrit repo still exists, so we cannot delete the GH one either.

We've always deleted the GitHub mirrors when a repository on Gerrit is marked as archived/read-only. I don't mind keeping it if you think it's useful to keep it though.

Ok. I have deleted it from GH, I think we can resolve the ticket now.
