We are still lacking understanding on what exactly happens during a workflow that gave rise to this technical wish.
To resolve this we want to interview 2-3 editors that suffer from accidentally triggering the rollback action or that would be impacted by a different workflow to trigger the rollback action.
Do we have assumptions that we like to test? (not as in usability test, but more as find out about the possible context)
E.g. "people might not notice that they rolled back", "the contrast between possible offending rollback and nice thanking is particularly concerning for users"…
@Jan_Dittrich Our assumptions were that the reason for the request was that people accidentally caused a rollback instead of thanking someone and that the rollback functionality is crucial for vandalism hunters.
The desired outcome is to figure out how to prevent the involuntary rollbacks while not disturbing the work flow of the latter group.
I've interviewed an additional 3 people and shared the research in the [wish]-doc.
