At the moment, the message is "Your ad blocker is preventing Wikistats from reaching the server. Disable it to be able to see all metrics correctly."
That message is quite standard and uses the same semantic field as many websites that require to disable ad blockers to display the ads they need to finance their services. Wikimeida services are free of ads and people rely on that to be true all the time, si read that message is confusing.
I would advice you to change it for something more clear (including the reason - menton the scripts), like:
"Your ad blocker is preventing Wikistats' scripts from reaching the server. Disable it to be able to see all metrics correctly. As on all Wikimedia services, we will not display ads. :)"
