It's time to soon replace the hardware that bast1001 runs on.
We want to get replacement hardware and re-install it (resp. install bast1002) and migrate the users after announcing it.
This is part of the hardware refresh goal.

puppet role removed, that removed all the ferm rules and already made it inaccesible before the network::constants change. running with role::spare now. downtimed in Icinga for a month.
