Description

In support of our grand and glorious SSD/Program 6/k8s future we will need a k8s cluster or similar to use in our CI. Currently we are just using a set number of permanent Cloud VPS instances to run docker containers on via Jenkins. That won't scale nor be similar enough to the SSD work to meet our goals of reproducibility.
