I do not think that any wiki should be in more than 1 family (Wikipedia, Wiktionary etc.+special). Arbcom wikis do that.
I didn't find any other wiki that is in wikipedia.dblist and special.dblist.

I agree those should be on special.dblist and private.dblist. Let's investigate why they're put on wikipedia.dblist before removing them from there to avoid issues.

The dblists are often used in configuration, changing settings to this or that. This task is not saying putting them into Wikipedia and special is bad. It just wants to know why is that :).
