@eranroz is an ID such as 1-3000-101 for בתי מחסה an official ID for the monument adopted or generated by corresponding government/official institutions? If yes, we should figure out if there is an exisiting Wikidata property representing this ID or not. If the answer is that there is no such property, we will have to propose for such a property to be created. As an example, for WLM-IR we have https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1369
Then use P2186 with an IL prefix.
Please make use of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_WLM/Mapping_tables/il_(he) (or something similar) to make it easy for others to find out the choices which were made during the import, and update the status page accordingly.
