CTRL: VAR of T183742
VAR: will contains of two banners. First appears right away incl. an animated progress bar and bigger copy ("Es bleiben nur noch 4 Tage, um Wikipedia in diesem Jahr zu unterstützen. Noch fehlen 500.000 Euro zur Erreichung unseres Spendenziels."). After 7,5 seconds the second and current banner fades in. On there, the progress bar will not be animated. All banners are sticky
