Add "Previous blocks" to footer of Special:Block

Description

When you go to the Special:Block page there are a few links in the footer such as "Contributions", "Unblock", etc.

I think it would also be useful to add a "Previous blocks" link to the footer which links to Special:Log/block&page=[Username] so that the admin blocking can also easily view if the user was previously blocked, and for how long without having to click on other pages.

A log extract is shown under this links ("This user has been blocked previously. The block log is provided below for reference: "), I am not sure if a link to the same result is helpful

Oh, I forgot about that feature, I was testing blocks on a user who was not already blocked. Therefore I agree that there is no point in this.
