Add a button to export POIs layout in various formats

Description

Now in Wikivoyage, a http://tools.wmflabs.org/wikivoyage/w/poi2gpx.php utility is used to export to GPX. It should be integrated into the Kartographer extension, so that it can be used anywhere. It is also desirable to support various export formats, at least KML/KMZ.
