Wikimedia has stopped using Ganglia (T177225)
The "labs" Cloud VPS project can be dismantled.
This means shutting down instances in the project, removing users/admins, cleaning up Hiera (via Horizon/Wikitech)
and as the final step to actually delete the project a cloud-admin has to run a script.
This should also remove the "Nova_resource:" links mentioned on T183873.

Thanks for the link Paladox, i wasn't aware of that search on tools.wmflabs. I guess i will just deleted the wiki pages?
@Andrew i was going to assign this to you actually delete the project but maybe it's already gone. Are the Nova_resouce pages usually removed? Does that have anything to do with the script you run to delete projects?
I just added {{historical}} on the Nova_resource wiki pages as is suggested on T183873.
nova_resource pages are mostly relics at this point. There's definitely nothing in place to clean them up when projects are deleted.
