This MediaWiki Train Deployment is scheduled for the week of Monday, March 26th:

Monday March 26th	Tuesday, March 27th	Wednesday, March 28th	Thursday, March 29th	Friday
Backports only.	Branch `wmf.27` and deploy to Group 0 Wikis.	Deploy `wmf.27` to Group 1 Wikis.	Deploy `wmf.27` to all Wikis.	No deployments on fridays

There is something ongoing with the database, but cannot see it is 26 or 27-related, it may have started after 27 deploy. Security task: T191116

Update: confirmed it is .27, adding as blocker.
