Description

per the report Problem in Incubator

In https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges with Recent changes new filter enabled, click on any option in the Test wiki drop down options. The result will be unchanged.
Opt-out - Preferences-Recent Changes click on "Hide the improved version of Recent Changes". The Recent changes Test wiki filters still do not work.

Thanks to @Mattflaschen-WMF, it turned out that two criteria should be entered - the type of wiki and the abbreviation of the wiki, for example - 'Wikipedia' and 'mns'.

It works for both - new RC filters and old filters.

Also I checked the other complaint in Problem in Incubator - not being able to opt-out of new RC pages - all is working as expected. I added comments to Problem in Incubator.
