dist/ in WDQS GUI is out of date

Description

dist/ directory in WDQS GUI repo seems to contain compiled GUI code that is not updated when the GUI code is changed. I am not sure what is its purpose, but we need some kind of update mechanism for it if it's needed, or remove it if it's not needed.
