Description

Since we've changed the meaning of timestamp in T184429, I think we should bump the summary content version number from 1.3 to 2.0. Thoughts?

I'm generally for it. What're the cons/costs of bumping a version?

A client can get only the latest summary, so the timestamp change should not make a difference.
