Incorrect article title when opening redirect link

(Step 3 seems to be the key here)

The article is titled B*- tree even though it is a redirect to a section in the B-tree article and that article is what is being displayed.

Device: Samsung Galaxy J2

This seems to be having worser consequences that just that.

Tapping on the 'Edit' pencil for any section, I get the "An error occured" message and am unable to edit the page.
"Edit history" and "Talk" options give links to the corresponding pages of the redirect page though the content shown in the app is that of the page to which it redirects.

In concise terms, except for the article shown everything else (title, history, talk page) is related to the redirect page.

I even get the "Because you read" card for the re-direct page. I'm not sure whether it's a consequence of this.
