Create proposal (deadline 15 Jan), with a focus on both a presentation component (informational) and a conversation. The latter with a focus on making the concept scale better in sub-Saharan Africa, and deal with challenges that exist beyond Europe in general and (sub-Saharan) Africa in particular. The purpose would not be to find solutions, but to find inspiration for a direction, so that we can work towards a solution/implementation by Wikimania 2018.
