I don't see any such classes on normal history pages. Can you tell me which classes you're talking about exactly?

My bad, I believed that some classes were added by default. On the example I had in mind, they are added per specific page (like mw-changeslist-user-registered, mw-changeslist-user-learner, mw-changeslist-human on RecentChanges, or by a gadget (HistoryDeluxe) on some pages/wikis.
I think any history page should have defined classes depending on the status of the user making an edit on it.
