Hey Sage, I found that the trainings weren't showing their indexes properly: i.e.: https://outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org/training/editathons/defining-your-event . I am not seeing any contents in the table of contents for any of the trainings.

Yikes. I think this is because the training content and translations has grown too big for the cache server.

I think this is sorted out for the time being. The table of contents issue was a mistake in a recent update that enabled translated slide titles in the table of contents, and I increased the cache capacity.
