Provided that T183136 implements a way to say that a certain Wikidata item is depicted, but there is no Wikidata item to link to (perhaps because that the item is not notable enough) there should be more metadata fields to fill in about the object. During the hackathon (T183227) an exercise was made that this suggestion is based on.
