We would like to have the extension DynamicPageList our the wiki of Wikimedia Canada. It seems that would be the ideal tool to maintain our members grant requests by creating a bulleted list of most recent items residing in a category.

Well, we've not installed DPL on any wiki for some time due to the performance issues described in the linked ticket above as parent task. However being this a chapter wiki, I don't think that the performance issues will be the same as in other production wikis, would they @Reedy ?
Stalling per @greg at T124841#3677121. This is not being installed anymore until the performance issues are addressed first.

Thank you to inform me about that issue! I discovered that extension on Meta-wiki/Learning patterns. I experienced it last night and it looks like working fine for the usage WMCA want to do with it.
Declining to reflect reality. The DynamicPageList extension was a cause of several site-wide outages (see https://w.wiki/4Ey3 as an example).
