Description

The entire P&E Dashboard (https://outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org/) is currently completely down, with 502 Bad Gateway error. Reports from teachers in Sweden, elsewhere.

The issue was also apparent from California. By 00:58 it's back to normal.

Yep, seems working, at least for now. Might be a bit slower than usual.

Sorry about that. I upgraded the server from Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04 yesterday, and thought I had everything in order but obviously did not. I happened to be up too late and saw Vahid's message, and was able to get things working again by restarting the server.

I think it's working normally now, but please let me know if you find anything that is still not behaving correctly.
