Description

In English Wikipedia, if I try to use Serto Urhoy web font, the font doesn't load, but if I set font face as 'SertoUrhoy', it works.
Here is my test cases: https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Template:Syriac/testcases

When I browse the repo, I saw the font name looks incorrect in font.ini:
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EULS/browse/master/data/fontrepo/fonts/SertoUrhoy/font.ini
Compare to Estrangelo Edessa font:
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EULS/browse/master/data/fontrepo/fonts/EstrangeloEdessa/font.ini

So please make correction for this.
