Description:
Please see here http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Forum#Global_userpage. There seems to be general agreement about a function that would allow for a type of "global userpage". Further to that, some have suggested that a form of global transclusion would be useful. I understand that this is not a simple task, but its usefulness is quite clear. Hoping that you could work on it.

Duping to the bug about enabling cross-wiki transclusion (which already exists) on WMF projects. I know there's a bug about single user pages but A) I can't find it, and B) You can only dupe to one bug.
