Description

Steps to reproduce

Pre-requisite: initial app onboarding is enabled

Go through the app onboarding until reaching the 4th and final screen titled "Send anonymous data"
Tap on the "Learn more" link

Expected

The device browser opens to the WMF Privacy policy page: https://m.wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_policy

Actual

The device browser opens to https://m.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Apps/Android_FAQ#Offline_reading_and_data
