Description

  • T187727: Enable membership login in Zynatic
  • Create a (layouted) message explaining what the new system is and why members are getting an account (part of T185468: Create Zynatic content)
  • Mass create member accounts and credentials
  • Integrate Zynatic member login with our web
    • Create medlem.wikimedia.se as a redirect
    • Make sure CiviCrm membership page is made unreachable and that potential members get redirected to the new portal.
    • Make sure all subdomains are redirected correctly - T191382: Clean up CiviCrm subdomains
  • Publish links to the membership application page http://nymedlem.wikimedia.se/ (e.g. from bli medlem page), and
  • Mention medlem.wikimedia.se link on the blimedlem page

@Evelina-Bang-WMSE were the last accounts created (i.e. organizations and non-email members)? If not could you create a subtask for that? (Or is it part of T190292: Send out call for membership renewal - Organisations)

Would you also mind updating the blimedlem.wikimedia.se page with links to medlem.wikimedia.se and nymedlem.wikimedia.se (note that neither is https)? Also make sure that page doesn't contain any outdated instructions.

@Jopparn / @SaraMortsell is there a similar page on our wiki which needs to be updated?

I've created accounts for the 11 organizations now. The members who do not have accounts now are the 4 people for whom we have no contact information, and the 2 members who are younger than 16.
The non-email members have accounts and have been sent a mail with the information.
