  • How to setup a new Linux instance (configuration etc)
  • Configuration changes on the server locations.ini
  • Document the problem with AWS autodeploy

I've added https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/WebPageTest#Setting_up_a_Linux_agent but I need to go through the full docs and change it when we remove the Windows version.

Updated the docs at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/WebPageTest - removed everything Windows (I hope) and added Linux info.
