Description

We run a sets of tests on WebPageTest.org (3 desktop, 3 mobile) and I don't think we need them so they should be removed. The idea from the beginning was that it would help us to know if the problem was on our side or the agent, but it haven't helped us. Now we have better metrics using the WebPageReplay.

We also collect some metrics from Android phones but they are also to unstable to use.

Remove the tests and the performance-webpagetest-wpt-org job in Jenkins.
