Reset 2FA for Addshore on Phabricator

Description

During a phone replacement (around the time I turned 2fa on for phab) my phab 2fa key was lost.....

I need a reset to be able to log in again (once this session runs out)

Identity verified by checking a file created by addshore on tin.
Reset done.
