The RESTBase cluster has been setup to use Prometheus for metrics, instead of Graphite. The Graphite-based dashboards for Cassandra and RESTBase (those tagged restbase and services) were poorly maintained, and many haven't proven terribly useful, or easy to use. Some on the other hand were quite useful.

We should create equivalent dashboards for Prometheus as needed, and remove all of the (now defunct) Graphite-based dashboards for RESTBase/Cassandra.
