Make the Wikistats 2 UI responsive

Description

At the moment the site is not optimised at all for mobile. Things to consider:

  • Scale the size of metric areas in the dashboard to the available window space
  • Show compact view of metrics in detail page when visited from mobile
  • Create a dropdown component to switch metrics on the detail page and show current metric.
  • Adapt Table component to scale to mobile
  • Adaptation of style as designed by Ash last year

@fdans: I think there are issues with the code that was merged to master . This is what i see now on my desktop:

I think it is my zoom level in chrome what makes see it this way, also think that the thresholds for 3 versus two slots might need a bit of work as there is a bug with zooming (which should not alter the slots)
