Description

For the first roll-out we do not want to have support for senses because we want to roll lexicographical data support out step-by-step. We need to disable the existing support for senses.

Acceptance criteria:

Senses can not be added/removed/edited via the UI
Senses can not be added/removed/edited via the API
Senses or a senses section can not be seen in the UI.
