One possible approach for making File pages findable via their associated MediaInfo data is to add the MediaInfo data to the search index for the File page
This ticket is for figuring out enough about the approach to decide whether or not this is a good idea
Something similar has already been done for wikidata by Stas, see T176903 (adding the data) and T178851 (using the new data when building queries)
