https://tools.wmflabs.org/quarry/ is an accessible url but shows a broken querry installation- I assume because it is either a copy or the same installation of the real url, quarry.wmflabs.org but assumes it is installed on a top level domain- meaning images and paths break. I suggest one of the 3 options:

• Block the url on title from even being accessed
• Redirect to the working url with a 301
• Make it work, no matter the path
