Rack the new srx220 (Chris)
Connect console (Chris)
Connect a USB drive with install1002:/srv/junos/junos-srxsme-12.3X48-D50.6-domestic.tgz and copy of existing conf (Chris)
Configure new device (Arzhel)

In a window:

Downtime device (Arzhel)
Do a 1:1 move of cables from old to new SRX (Chris)
Verify device & monitoring is happy

Wipe/unrack old srx
update inventory
