Hello. The hewiki community decided in Village Pump to ask that the sanitized-css contentmodel pages can be created or edited by autopatrolled users only. Can you make this done, please? Thank you.

Thank you. Weird. It was recommended us to discuss a year ago, here on phabricator. So, looks like we'll need to avoid TemplateStyles on hewiki, until it will be possible.
