Description

Steps to reproduce

Go to create an account
Enter details for a new account that should not pass validation (eg., enter the same username and password)
Tap "next" to proceed to the CAPTCHA screen and complete the CAPTCHA
Tap back when account validation shows

Expected

User is returned to the Create account screen so they can re-attempt the account creation

Actual

User is returned to the Login screen.
