Purpose: Testing infrastructure notions for cloud services without smashing production

Brief description: This will be used for on-going testing of puppet manifests, crazy ideas, infrastructure tooling, grid engine tweaking/upgrades (potentially) and other things that would break production quite soundly if not done perfectly and might not be ready for tools-beta and friends. It should remain a small environment.
