The "Collapse" button displayed in the fundraiser notice should be reversed for rtl wikis such as ar, fa, he (ie should be on the left side). Thanks.

Since the fundraiser is over this item is obsolete; the 2008 fundraiser's template won't be used again as-is.
We'll want to keep it in mind for next year, of course...
I'm grabbing this and marking fixed. Old ticket but I'm pretty certain we did this for almost all banners last year. If it wasn't we can and it will be done this year.
