Nothing to actively do here, we've let the mirrors know that they should use the dumps.wikimedia.org url and that dataset1001 and it's associated IPs will be going away after the switch over.

Updating the list of active dumps/datasets mirrors here: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/424216/

I have verified by grepping the syslog that all active mirrors are picking up files from the new server.
