the maps production clusters (maps[12]00[1-4]) and test cluster (maps-test200[1-4]) are managed by the same group (maps-admins). This is actually what we want. Stephane only needs to deploy to test right now, but he should also be able to deploy to production.

Note that in addition to deploying, @SBisson should also have the rights to restart the various services (it does not really make sense to have one permission and not the other, which means that we might want to merge those groups, but that is for another task).

• tilerator-admin
